With an ambition to champion the cultural arts following the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, we are proud to launch our collaboration with several Manchester-based grassroots organisations, including Hope Mill Theatre and Groundwork Manchester.

The catalyst of these partnerships is Hope Fest – a four-week festival with a unique programme of events that is taking place on the grounds of our Pollard Street scheme.

With endless possibilities for entertainment – from live music to comedy acts – everyone is welcome and guaranteed to find their place here.

“The New Islington area and surrounding community has been our home for over five years now and has many diverse and creative residents.

It is important to us that Hope Fest has something for everyone…this is an incredible opportunity for our organisation, in a very exciting phase for our local area.” – William Whelton, Hope Mill Theatre.

As part of the events programme, we partnered with Groundwork Manchester to deliver a temporary forest – designed and built by volunteers and school students and providing a great opportunity to teach the younger generation about the importance of biodiversity and collaboration.

Bringing people together, doing good work and creating the foundations for best-in-class social, educational, and cultural amenities is what we’re all about. And so, we feel extremely privileged and proud to be doing our part in celebrating Manchester’s talent and community and supporting this incredible organisation at a time when it is needed most.
