Prior to joining General Projects in 2016, Fred spent 4.5 years at Faena Group’s New York office working in the real estate development team. As a Real Estate Associate, Fred was part of the team responsible for developing 400k sq ft, $1b GDV, of prime real estate in Miami. The project’s Phase 1, a residential tower designed by Foster + Partners, sold out for $450m, $120m over the initial underwriting and averaging a record breaking $3,000+ psf.

Fred holds a MBA from Baruch Zicklin School of Business and a MSc in Real Estate Development from NYU.
