A former distillery and bank in the heart of Clerkenwell Village is set to be transformed into a 74,000 sq ft boutique creative office HQ, in what will be the first development by General Projects.
Partnering with Northern & Midland, a private family office, and leading architects Buckley Gray Yeoman, an arts-led landmark development is planned for this unique site.
