242 Marylebone Road, the prominent former HQ of Woolworths designed by Richard Seifert & Partners has been acquired by Henderson Park and General Projects.
The building, compromising 120,000 sq ft of office space, is currently home to BNP Paribas and the HCA. Working alongside leading architects Allford Hall Monaghan Morris, a new vision for the building is being created, with a rolling refurbishment and reinvention planned in the coming years.
