Transformation is a big idea and requires big thinkers.

Our Paris project totally embraces this. Jeuneville represents a revolutionary part of transformation in the neighbourhood of Gennevilliers, on the banks of the river Seine.

Fundamental to the Grand Paris Masterplan and for the Olympics 2024, Jeuneville reflects our ambition to generate a blueprint for the mixed-use developments of the future, designed around the needs of the next generation of companies and young professionals.

For this we have partnered with Pritzker prize-winning architect Jean Nouvel to reconsider the conventions of both office life and shared living while prioritising affordability, design and quality of life. The thinking is necessarily 4D and will deliver a giant 1m sq ft of space across four buildings. Sustainability and the human experience lie at the heart of the design. More than two acres of new public realm and gardens will feature across a series of landscaped terraces to build a connection to nature across the campus.

Jeuneville will be a location of two complementary halves: one part will comprise cutting-edge, inspiring workspaces for media, tech and creative businesses, the other will offer a mix of co-living and student accommodation. More than 150,000 sq ft of amenities, which will house food and beverage venues, state-of-the-art fitness studios, organic grocers, and launderettes among others. The central piazza is set to become the beating heart of the campus, hosting events, movie and sport screenings and monthly markets.
