Planning has been approved for Technique, a new headquarters building in the heart of Clerkenwell village. The building, formerly a printing press and gin distillery, will be radically reinvented as a new 73,711 sq ft creative office hub and retail space.

Designed by architects Buckley Gray Yeoman, a striking architectural intervention will be created by stitching the two existing buildings together. A strong commitment to sustainability will see a 3-story extension constructed wholly from cross laminated timber, releasing 50% less carbon than concrete. A new ‘infill building’ on the corner of Goswell Road will host a new reception and gallery space as well as providing a new architectural language for the development.
