It’s not often that the opportunity to reinvent one of London’s most iconic buildings comes around…

Working with leading architects Buckley Gray Yeoman we are delighted to reveal our plans to establish a new benchmark of workplace design that will bring creativity to the heart of the City, and hopefully preserve and enhance James Stirling’s Postmodernist icon.

Plans for the 140,000 ft building include a new 5,000 ft, 6m tall reception, inspired by leading art galleries, that will double as a coffee-shop, event space and showcasing hub. 110,000 of creative workspace will be delivered featuring parquet wood flooring, sandblasted concrete walls and bespoke feature lighting. A hidden 1st floor garden at the base of the Stirling atrium will provide a relaxation area and a basement hub will provide a fully serviced changing and shower area alongside a bike parking and maintenance zone.
