Prior to joining General Projects in 2024, Joe spent 3 years at Savills in the Development Management Team working on Central London developments for The Crown Estate and Thames Water. Before this, Joe had 6 years of architectural experience working on a range of different projects including the conversion of two Listed Buildings into student accommodation and a boutique hostel.

Joe holds a BArch in Architecture from Nottingham Trent University, an MSc in Real Estate from Bayes (formally CASS) Business School and is member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
