In the 1900’s, this victorian warehouse became home to a wallpaper factory supplying fabrics and wall coverings to HM Queen Elizabeth II and the British Royal Palaces.

Embracing its rich creative history, today it is being reimagined as a campus for makers, thinkers and creators with limitless potential.

A place where individuality is celebrated, inventive spirit is nurtured and creativity is always in motion, Highgate Studios is home to an eclectic mix of imaginative individuals and innovative businesses.

Our vision is to renew and elevate the innovative spirit of the site, by weaving together new amenity spaces and existing historical features to create a welcoming, accessible and design-led campus, ready to grow and nurture a vibrant community within it.

Inspired by its rich urban industrial and design heritage, we will be delivering a series of characterful spaces full of light and comfort – where original features meet modern design to offer a flexible and creative environment within the wider campus community.

Delivering an improved arrival experience through a new club-style reception and lounge space that fosters ideation and collaborative work, complimented by a new on-site healthy café by local, female-owned LUNAR.

All topped with an array of public and private amenities like a new landscaped courtyard, cycle facilities and co-working areas.

Highgate Studios stands proud of its history and looks forward to its future as a vibrant urban creative campus dedicated to setting creativity in motion.
