Strip out works are underway at 242 Marylebone Road – the first step to towards our sustainable re-habilitation of this iconic building.
Staying true to our environmental agenda, the works are being carried out with rigorous care to ensure that all materials are saved from landfill – either through careful reuse or smart recycling.
On completion, the Seifert-designed landmark will undergo an imaginative, radical repositioning before being reborn as one of the healthiest, most sustainable buildings in the UK.
